In Episode 133 of the Just Japan Podcast, host Kevin O’Shea flies solo. He talks about this past weekend’s Kobe Marathon and how he wasn’t able to participate due to an injury. After 3 plus years away from running, Kevin hoped to make this year’s Kobe Marathon his 11th full marathon. Things weren’t in the cards and a few weeks before the big day he had a knee injury that would sideline him. You get to hear the sounds of the marathon as Kevin cheered runners on near the finish line and of course recorded it!
Even if you aren’t interested in running, you’ll enjoy this interesting aspect of life for many in Japan!
