Yesterday I was our for a training run and I decided to explore part of the container port near my house. As I approached a large parking lot, I heard an unusual noise. It sounded like motorcycle engines revving. What did I see? A group of highway patrol police officers doing riding drills.
I pulled out my iPhone and shot some video:
